1 · Meet insurance and qualification criteria
Carry at least $25,000 in Aircraft Damage Liability Insurance and meet the qualification criteria for the aircraft you intend to fly.

2 · Sign the operating agreement
Before the first flight, every pilot, renter and student must sign the operating agreement covering the standards for safe and responsible use of the aircraft.

3 · Complete the aircraft checkout
Before operating solo, complete a checkout in the aircraft. The process normally includes approximately one hour on the ground and one hour in flight with a company pilot.
