Time Building Program

Build the hours you need with flexibility and transparent rates.

Book single-engine time by the hour or reserve longer blocks designed around the schedules of working pilots.

01

Flexible, hassle-free booking

Reserve by the hour or in longer blocks so you can maximize useful flight time without unnecessary complications. Our pricing is designed to keep time building affordable and predictable.

02

Pilot checkout

FAA certificate holders may choose a familiarization or checkout flight at their discretion. International pilots holding FAA foreign-based verification or licenses must complete the applicable U.S. flight review requirements after receiving their U.S. certificate.

03

Fuel cost

All block-hour rates are wet. Pilots may purchase fuel at a location of their choice.

04

Mechanical interruptions

If flying cannot be completed during the agreement period because of mechanical issues, additional time may be granted when scheduling permits, or refunds may be issued for days lost.

05

Block-hour discounts

The selected minimum block is paid in advance. Additional hours may be flown at the same rate within the agreement period. The program is structured around six flight hours per day unless an extension is approved for mechanical or weather delays.
